Early public release · Windows
The world's best AIs.
One boardroom. Yours.
Optim Board Room is a Windows desktop app that puts today's top AI models around one table. Ask once — watch them chair, debate, delegate, and build together, using your own provider accounts.
What it does
A meeting, not a chat window.
Managed meetings with an AI chair, round tables, brainstorms, or solo sessions. @Mention any member. Projects keep related meetings and context together, and minutes export to Markdown.

This is an early public release. It is genuinely useful today, and still improving fast — expect rough edges, and expect membership connectors to occasionally need updates when provider websites change.

Free today, fair later
Plans
The early release is free. When paid plans launch, the free plan will keep working with up to two AI members per meeting and a clearly displayed usage limit; paid plans will unlock more seats and much higher fair-use limits. Final pricing is not set and nothing is charged today. An Optim plan will never include provider API charges or provider memberships — those remain yours.
Privacy & security
Your data stays on your PC.
Conversations, projects, and settings are stored locally. API keys are encrypted with Windows' own protection (DPAPI) and are only sent to the provider they belong to. Messages you send in a meeting go to the AI providers you chose to seat — nowhere else. The app checks this website over HTTPS for update information; there is no telemetry. Questions
Frequently asked
Do I need to pay AI providers to use Board Room?
Board Room itself is a desktop app; the AI members are powered by your own provider accounts. Some providers have free API tiers (like Gemini and Mistral), memberships you may already pay for, or the free offline model. Provider API usage and memberships are always between you and the provider.
Is membership sign-in reliable?
Membership mode drives the provider's own website and is Beta by nature: when a provider changes its site, a connector can temporarily break until updated. API keys are the most reliable connection, and the app tells you clearly when a membership connector needs a workaround.
Where is my data stored?
On your PC. Conversations, projects, settings, and encrypted API keys stay in your Windows user profile. The app contacts AI providers you connect, and checks this website over HTTPS for update information. There are no Optim accounts and no telemetry in this release.
Why does Windows SmartScreen warn me?
The current installer is not yet code-signed, so Windows shows an unknown-publisher warning. Verify your download with the SHA-256 checksum below before installing. Code signing is planned before wider distribution.
What does it cost?
The early public release is free while Board Room matures. Paid plans with higher limits are planned; pricing will be announced before anything is charged.
